Description
The first in a larger series based on the lyrics of Tom Waits songs. The artists is inspired by Waits’ unique storytelling and slightly surreal visuals these lyrics create. This particular piece is based on the Waits’ song « Black Rider » using the lyrics ‘take off your skin and dance around in your bones’ as the base. The song is part of an album that accompanies the play « The Black Rider: The Casting of the Magic Bullets » a Faustian tale written by William Burroughs.
