Description
Inspired by Mark’s recent travels in Berlin, ‘My Mirror, My Gentle Reflection’ is based on the dining room of a building that is now a theatre. It’s making saw a subtle but important evolutionary step in his creative process, with the re-introduction of an extended palette. The Mirror hall proved to be a place that fit so well with his own internal sense of architecture, that it became necessary to understand it through the process of painting.
