Description
Mortal Coil is part of a series of abstract images dedicated to the little known American artist, Francis Bruguière, who may have been the first to shoot scraps of paper lit by different intensities of light from various angles. The resulting geometric shapes and volumes were ambiguous as to what was form and what was shadow.
