Description
« Renew » is part of series inspired by a walk through ‘Grunewald Forest’ just outside of Berlin. It depicts a gently abstracted version of leaves floating on water. The soft green, pink and yellow contrast with the cobalt and pale blue water. The composition is reminiscent of a Japanese landscape painting – following the natural meander of the river, working in harmony to create a peaceful and yet dynamic piece. It works its own or alongside « Evocation » in the same series.
